Co-founding Athena Music & Wellness Therapy, Inc. is Roz’s latest entrepreneurial endeavor. Athena is a mental health and wellness solution provider, and as CEO, Roz is building a unique global platform for using the power of music therapy to heal and help the world.

Roz’s desire to make a difference and be an example to the next generation of young women entrepreneurs sparked her philanthropic venture as the co-founder of the International Music and Wellness Council (IMWC). IMWC is a non-profit organization that provides music therapy to senior care homes, rehabilitation centers, schools, child facilities, and to help adults and children with special needs.

She earned an MBA and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Chaozhou dialects as well as English. She is Chairwomen of the board for International Music & Wellness Therapy Council, a Sr. Advisor of the U.S. – China Culture Exchange Association, member of the board of directors of Alzheimer’s Association, Orange County, member of the American Heart Association, and member of the Women’s Leadership Exchange.

Roz has also been recognized multiple times from both the United States and China. Accolades include Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the China Entrepreneur Summit in Beijing, 2009, the North County International Trade Excellence Award by the World Trade Center San Diego in 2011, and the Women Breaking Barriers Award at the 2019 Influence Awards in Orange County.
